INGREDIENTS (MAKES 12 PIECES)
¼ cup sesame seeds, ground
½ cup ground walnuts
¼ cup hemp seeds
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons natural honey
½ teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
HOW TO PREPARE
Combine all your ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are combined together. Place the mixture into a square baking dish over wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle some hemp seeds over top and place your halvah in your fridge for one hour. Once cooled, cut into small square portions and serve.
RECIPE TIP
How about adding in your favorite nuts or dried fruit? You can even add cacao powder to make chocolate halvah.
